What happens when I run out of credits?
If you have a subscription, your credit quota will automatically reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more credits before the reset, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional credit packs for immediate use.
How long are my credits valid?
Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Credits from one-time purchases have a 12-month validity period from the date of purchase. We recommend using them before expiration.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits only. Credits that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for refunds. One-time credit packages are non-refundable after any usage. For unused subscriptions, you can receive a full refund within 7 days.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then. Please note that cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund - refunds must be requested separately within 7 days of purchase.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, email support@photoprompt.net with your purchase email address, order number, reason for the refund, and date of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, and funds typically appear in your account within 3-5 additional business days.
What does commercial usage include?
All paid plans include full commercial usage rights. You can use generated prompts and images for business purposes, client projects, marketing materials, and resale. The free tier is limited to personal use only.
What if my preferred payment method isn't supported?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. If you need alternative payment methods like PayPal or cryptocurrency, please contact our support team at support@photoprompt.net.
Are there any content restrictions?
We prohibit the creation of illegal, harmful, or adult content. Our AI models have built-in safety filters. Violations may result in account suspension. Please review our Terms of Service for detailed guidelines.
